Because of the delayed flight yesterday it was kind of a rush going through Boca and along Buenos Aires’ main attractions so we decided to take it easy. We slept in, had a late breakfast and arranged our luggage for the flight home.
We had about two hours to relax in our room before Miguel arrived to take us to the airport. Even around one traffic was heavy and Miguel took many small streets avoiding most of the traffic jams. To our surprise it took less than an hour to get to the airport at this time of day.
We checked in immediately so we didn’t have to carry our luggage around when getting something to eat in the other terminal. By the time we got back it was still calm at security and immigration so we could almost walk straight through. On Flightradar24 we saw the airplane was already at the gate so we went there immediately while there were still empty seats.
We took off a few minutes late but landed in Amsterdam 20 minutes early, that gave us plenty of time to get our boarding-pass for Thalys. On the train we looked up the train schedule to get home and decided to get off in Antwerp instead of Brussels, that way we’d be home half an hour earlier than originally planned.
There was now also time to add some extra photo’s to the blog, working on a tablet during the holidays has it’s limitations and as usual internet speeds and access abroad is a lot less than what we’re used to.
